Megan Thee Stallion Upgrades Her Fitness Routine With Pilates

Celebrities, including Naomi Campbell and Lori Harvey, swear by the strength training exercise.

Megan Thee Stallion knows that Pilates does a body good!

For the "Cobra" rapper, gatekeeping is a no-no. On Wednesday (Nov. 15), Meg revealed on Instagram that she added a new exercise to her fitness routine that has her working overtime, per Madamenoire. As she puts it, Pilates is not for the faint of heart.

“Let me tell you something. Pilates is not for the m- - - - - f - - -ng weak,” she said during a video montage on the app.

Lori Harvey showed the power of Pilates in 2022 after shutting down the Met Gala red carpet with her rock-hard abs. When asked what her secret was, she said Pilates. Iconic supermodel Naomi Campbell, Halle Berry, and Meghan Markle are reportedly fans of the workout.

The exercise is a low-intensity full-body work out that can improve posture, flexibility, and muscle tone.

In the video, the Grammy-winning artist is also seen getting in some cardio, doing a set of lunges and crunches.

She also lets fans in on her drink of choice these days: a green juice.

If you’re still unconvinced by the power of Pilates, just see how our girl slayed the red carpet in a sheer gown at last night’s 2023 GQ Men of The Year party. We see you, Meg!

As of late, the Hot Girl Coach has been on her fitness game while showing no signs of slowing down.

In September, she shared another video diary on the app of a high-intensity workout.

“The results have been resulting,” she said in the video's voice-over. “The word for the rest of the year is consistency.”

In that video, the rapper is seen weightlifting while explaining her recent return to the gym from a New York getaway that led her to ask her trainer to “take it easy on me.” But for her trainer, it was a “No” filled with tough-love.

“I seen you doing all that hot girl s- - - -, so what you need to do is get in the gym and have that same energy.”

We know that’s right, coach!
