Lil Wayne Says He Hasn’t Had Fast Food In 20 Years
Lil Wayne is going strong health-wise and maybe that has to do with his unique habits.
During an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe to discuss his new single “Kant Nobody” and forthcoming album Tha Carter VI, the 40-year-old rap legend detailed his eating habits, noting that he’s had a personal chef since he was 19 years old. He also revealed that he hasn’t had fast food in 20 years and can’t recall the smell of McDonald’s.
“When I was 19 I moved to Miami and my mom is a chef and she was very happy for the move because New Orleans is crazy. One thing she really wanted me to do was get a personal chef,” he explained. “So from the age of 19 to now, I’ve always had a personal chef. I haven’t eaten any fast food forever. I don’t know what McDonald’s smell like.”

And while his diet may be in order, the amount of exercise he may get – albeit outside of skateboarding – could be less than ideal.
“Only gyms I know is Jim Jones,” Weezy said when asked if he hits the gym. “I can’t lift a weight. I don’t do no workout.”
Additionally during the conversation, Lil Wayne discussed his new album, noting that he “never even imagined” he’d get this far in the project series, and more.
