MJ’s Estate Wants Wade Robson’s Case Thrown Out of Court

King of Pop’s attorneys say the ex-choreographer waited too long to file molestation claims.

The Michael Jackson estate is desperately trying to get a judge to toss Wade Robson’s molestation claims against the King of Pop.

Robson made headlines last year by filing a suit against NJ's estate for sexual abuse where he claimed Jackson assaulted him from age 7 to 14. The former choreographer said repressed memories prevented him from coming forward sooner. Jackson's estate countered that Robson should have filed his claim four years ago, within 60 days of learning that Jackson’s estate was in probate court.

During the pop superstar’s 2005 molestation trial, Robson denied Jackson abused him, but he has since claimed his previous testimony was untrue. Today, he is saying that Jackson manipulated him for years to keep him silent, which is why he feels he deserves financial compensation for the alleged abuse now. is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
