21 Savage Has Thoughts On Kodak Black's Recent Arrest

"Rappers gotta be more safe. Some rappers do make bad decisions."

21 Savage has some choice words to offer Kodak Black.

The "a lot" rapper was recently spotted leaving TAO restaurant in Hollywood, and while en route to his car, was stopped for an impromptu interview. When asked by a TMZ reporter his thoughts on rapper Kodak Black's recent incarceration and gun charges, 21 Savage seemed to passively respond to the allegations, before wishing Kodak well.

  • "I ain't no damn investigator. I don't know what's going on, man. I hope for the best for him."

Upon the reporter's attempt to mirror Kodak's recent legal woes to that of Savage's recent issues with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the "A Lot" rapper was swift to dismiss the comparison, while also offering advice to Black and other artists in similar situations.

  • "I ain't never been in them type of situations before," Savage stated. "The law is the law. You break the law, you gotta deal with the consequences. That's just how it goes.

Rappers gotta be more safe. Some rappers do make bad decisions... we gotta face our trials or whatever we go through. Our tribulations. We just gotta stand up and man up to it."

  • When asked whether or not he felt that there were any conspiracies behind law enforcement specifically targeting hip-hop artists, Savage gave TMZ his politically-correct two cents: "It's some unfair sh*t going on, and it's some sh*t that's fair going on."
