Kevin Hart Slammed For 'Sexist' Monologue On 'Saturday Night Live'

Not everyone thought his jokes were funny.

Kevin Hart returned to Saturday Night Live over the weekend for his third time hosting the iconic sketch comedy show, but his opening monologue raised some eyebrows and activated Twitter fingers by many who deemed it "sexist."

Speaking from his experience as a third-time father, the comedian joked about the construct of gender roles in the home — but his approach seemed to fall flat among viewers.

"You have to take your hat off, when it comes to dealing with kids, to the women," he said. "Women, I give you so much credit. Like, you guys do so much. I take my hat off to you... But the one thing that you're not, the one thing that you're not, is fun."

After the slight comedic jab, Kevin then added that fathers, to him, have the most difficult job when it comes to raising children: being fun. This is where the internet lost it.
