After months of emotional run ins at court, the “Cash Me Ousside” teen is taking official steps to cut her father out of her life, once and for all. 

The mother of Danielle Bregoli, 14, filed paperwork to have Ira Peskowitz's name removed from her daughter’s birth certificate, TMZ reports.

As part of the legal agreement, Bregoli’s mother, Barbara and Ira, agreed he will no longer be mandated to pay child support to his ex and he will no longer have any parental rights over Bregoli.

The saga between Danielle, Barbara, and Ira began after the teen’s viral meme fame turned into lucrative deals. Ira filed court papers asking for her to be removed from Barbara's care because he felt she was exploiting their daughter for fame and money.

The financial success of Bregoli was most recently scene when she paid off her mother’s mortgage for a Christmas present.

According to the mother and daughter, Ira was not present as a father until she became famous.  

Danielle's father Ira and her mother were already separated when the teen appeared on Dr. Phil in 2016.

“My father has never been active in my life and now that he sees me doing good things, he’s just trying to shut it down for no reason,” Bregoli told Hollywood Life. “He’s a liar and he’s only interested in two things, money and making himself look good.”

“He's the worst person in the world.”
