Rihanna Dismisses Negative Reaction To Britney Spears Vocals On "S&M" Remix

Says critics that have accused Spears' vocals of being nasally are wrong.

During an interview with New York's 92.3 NOW FM, Rihanna addressed some of the critics who have accused Britney Spears of ruining the “S&M” remix with a mediocre vocal performance.

When asked if she agreed that Spears sounds “nasally” on the track, RiRi quickly shot the idea down. "'S&M' is a really high song to sing, in a really high register. I think she did it incredible." She dismissed the critics, pointed to the fact that the song is currently number one on iTunes and emphasized how happy she was with the collaboration.

Spears isn’t the only mega pop star RiRi has been seeing recently. After a gorgeous performance on American Idol, the “California King Bed” singer was spotted out and about in Los Angeles with fellow chart topper Katy Perry. The duo made it a girls’ night out with dinner at Mozza followed by dancing at Voyeur.
