Cold-Blooded? Blac Chyna’s Longtime Assistant Died And She Reportedly Didn't Give A Dime To Help Her

Lorena "Patty" Hernandez's family is planning to sue the reality star.

Sad news to report. Blac Chyna's longtime assistant Lorena "Patty" Hernandez has died at 34. On Monday, she had “third brain bleed” and was pronounced brain dead. According to People.com, Hernandez family pulled her off life support yesterday.

According to The Blast, Hernandez had a stroke in July of 2017. She was told not to work but she had children to provide for. This past January, she had a brain hemorrhage at Blac Chyna's salon in Encino, California. Hernandez's family is now suing Chyna claiming she  "abused" her and didn’t provide worker’s compensation, according to Page Six. Her family will reportedly file a wrongful death lawsuit against the reality star.

A source close to the family told Page Six, “Remember when the news broke and she said she was helping [Hernandez] and she was helping the kids and everything? She never did. I mean all she pretty much did was spread the word and reach out to her baby daddies, so she felt like, ‘That’s how I helped.'” The source also claimed Chyna only visited the hospital once.

Rob Kardashian and Tyga both made donations ($5,000 and $10,000 respectively) to a GoFundMe page trying to raise money to cover Hernandez’ medical experiences and help her children. Supposedly, Blac Chyna did attempt to work something out, but because of the potential lawsuit over worker’s compensation her legal team advised her not to give up any cash and let them handle it, according to Page Six. Therefore, Chyna reportedly didn't give a dime to help Hernandez. Who knows how true this, but let's hope a lawsuit didn't get in the way of helping a dying friend.

Our condolences go out to Lorena Hernandez and her family during this tough time.
