Black College Student Finessed TF Out Of Trump Supporters Using Only A MAGA Hat And Screenshots

Here's what happened with the money she received after the tweet went viral.

A Black student at Howard decided to use the #Blexit foolishness started by Black MAGA-maniac Candace Owens to scam a bunch of Trump loving people on Twitter, and everyone’s here for it.

It all began when @chckpeas found a red bucket MAGA hat on campus and tweeted out a picture with the caption: “I will not hide any longer,, the left has made us feel as if us black republicans should hide!! but not anymore!! #BlacksForTrump #WalkAway #maga."

Once the tweet went viral and she posted an update claiming her parents were cutting her off because of her political beliefs. She also attached screenshots of a conversation with her “madre.” To support herself, @chckpeas set up a GoFundMe, asking for financial support from Republicans.

“[I]f you can find it in your hearts to help this young, black republican pay for school it would be appreciated 🇺🇸,” she tweeted.

Soon after receiving some money from Trumpers, @chckpeas revealed the hat was used as a scam.

“[H]ot take: stealing from republicans isn’t bad because republicans arent ppl,” she wrote the next day.

Soon, a rumor began that she’d raised more than $150,000, but she set the record straight with New York Magazine, who reported that she only raised about $200.

“I just felt really weird about taking their money. This could go south really fast, I just decided to refund everyone and give their money back. I think it was like maybe $200 at that point.”

“I just honestly didn’t want to take their money. Yeah, I can’t pay for school, but I don’t want Republican money to pay for it,” she laughed. “I just want everyone to think I’m the finesse queen, which I am.”
