Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore and Lady Gaga to Perform at AMAs

Big names billed for November ceremony.

Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will all be hitting the stage at this year's American Music Awards, airing live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theater next month.

The names add to already announced acts including Miley Cyrus, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, and British boy band One Direction.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis lead the pack of AMA nominees, snatching up six nods, beating out Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift, who each have five; and Robin Thicke and Rihanna, both with four. The Seattle rap duo earned recognition in coveted categories like Artist of the Year, Favorite Band Duo or Group Pop/Rock and Single of the Year. In the latter category their monster hit, "Thrift Shop," will face off against Thicke's massive smash "Blurred Lines."  

Lamar snagged a nod in the Favorite Rap/Hip Hop album category for his major label debut good kid, m.A.A.d. city.
