Stormy Daniels' Lawyer Says This Is Proof Trump Tried to Pay Her Off After They Had Sex

"Republican values are based on party and not actual values."

In a recent lawsuit against Donald Trump, Stormy Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenatti, is claiming the former adult film star is free to discuss her affair with Donald Trump.

On Wednesday morning, Avenatti appeared on several NBC morning shows wherein he said the affair between Trump and Daniels did take place. He also said Donald Trump never signed the confidentiality agreement she was given before the 2016 election, which gives her the ability to talk about their fling.

  • Daniels has claimed she was in a sexual relationship with Trump from summer 2006 until “well into” 2007.

While speaking on the Today show, Avenatti said the president knew about the $130,000 hush money Daniels received from Trump's attorney.

“We believe that it was done through force and intimidation,” he told Today of the confidentiality agreement signed by Daniels. “Once she tells the truth about what happened people are going to understand why she signed it.”

The president has denied the affair ever happened.

  • Daniels' lawyer says she is eager to tell her side of the story to clear up the misinformation that has been spread

  • The claims put forth by Daniels and her lawyer had many people wondering how this would be treated if Obama were still president
