It appears as though a newly single Nick Cannon is in his feelings lately, even finding himself wondering what could have been between him and a certain pop singer.

Taking to Instagram, the entertainer and musician posted a throwback photo of him and Beyoncé, and we have to give him credit for his caption, openly admitting he's had eyes for the singer since the '90s.

"#TBT Even in the '90s I was always shooting my shot!!!" Beyoncé was looking at me like 'Little Boy Please!!'" he captions the image, which shows a young Cannon and Bey having a candid interaction. "In my teenage days I used to stalk Destiny's Child! LOL Poppa Knowles was not feeling me at all!!"

This throwback is too good, as we can only imagine how this exact scenario went down, time and time again, over all these years. Gotta appreciate how Cannon has no hard feelings towards Queen Bey, even though he was eternally friendzoned and has a good sense of humor about it.
