Al Roker Back Home After Being Readmitted To Hospital

The ‘Today’ weather anchor had been rushed back to the hospital after being treated for blood clots.

Al Roker has officially returned home after being readmitted to the hospital for ongoing health issues.

The Today show weather anchor shared the update on his Instagram page on Thursday (Dec. 8), posting a photo of himself in his family's kitchen. He also posted one with his wife, Deborah Roberts, giving him a warm embrace, as well as a photo of the couple smiling with their daughter Leila.

"Home! So incredibly grateful to family, friends, medical folks, @todayshow family and all your thoughts and prayers."

In Nov. 2022, the 68-year-old was rushed back to the hospital just one day after he was discharged on Thanksgiving. He had been recovering from blood clots in his leg and lungs before being taken back to the hospital.

Roker first shared with his fans on Nov. 18 that he had received medical treatment for blood clots.
