Joe Budden Announces Slaughterhouse Album Title
Joe Budden gave fans a two-for-one deal over the weekend.
On Sunday (Jan. 12), the rapper/reality star tweeted details about his All Love Lost album and revealed the title of the next Slaughterhouse project. "Not like any1 cares (yet), but this #AllLoveLost s--- is coming out just as I planned…EXACT opposite of #NoLoveLost," he wrote, adding in, "& not to take credit at all, but I feel like the new Slaughterhouse album (Glass house) has a real Budden-esque undertone."
The third studio release, a follow up to 2012's Welcome To: Our House, was without a title less than a month ago.
According to Crooked I, he and his fellow group members — Budden, Royce Da 5'9" and Joell Ortiz — were still debating. "I hope we have the vote on what the title's gon' be," he told HipHopDX in December. "And if I get my way, you could believe it's gon' be some aggressive s--t that Best Buy don't even want to f----ing put on the shelf."
Glass House certainly doesn't sound "aggressive" enough to turn Best Buy and other retailers away, but the album does share a name with the rap collective's upcoming tour, kicking off at SXSW in March.
