Boxer Yusaf Mack Lied About Being 'Drugged' Into Gay Porn
Professional Philadelphia boxer Yusaf Mack made waves last week when he claimed he was drugged into doing gay porn. Now, the father of ten and self-proclaimed "whoremonger" is admitting that he was "fully aware and conscious" while making the sex tape and that he is, in fact, bisexual.
Though he previously told Jenice Armstrong of the Philadelphia Daily News, "I love females. The only time I touch a man is when I'm in the ring fighting," he might be changing his story — again.
In a statement obtained by The Shade Room, Mack appears to apologize for shading DawgPoundUSA, admit he lied about being drugged and come out as bisexual: "I have never spoke negatively about the company that produced the film although the claim to have been given a drug by someone during set was a lie. I was completely aware and fully conscious during the film," he allegedly wrote. "I did participate in the adult film because at the time I needed money but also because I am a bisexual man. Meaning I enjoy safely being intimate with whomever I choose."
Mack goes on to admit he lied about being drugged because "my life was completely destroyed once it had been outed that I participated in a gay film." While it's not clear whether Mack's statement is legit or a hoax, if it's real, it looks like he's trying to get out of legal hot water real quick.
The admission comes as DawgPoundUSA, the company that produced the sex tape featuring Mack and two other men, threatened to sue the boxer for claiming he was drugged into doing it. Describing itself as "a reputable company which has produced high quality videos of men-of-color since 2002," the company states that, "the claims made by Mr. Mack are false, slanderous, and vehemently denied on our part. We intend to take all legal steps necessary to protect our good name and reputation against these patently false and preposterous claims."
