Madia Willis, Co-Founder and CEO of Black Paper Party added that Black representation is important during holidays like Valentine's Day because it ensures we all feel loved and appreciated.

“It’s important to recognize and celebrate the diversity of love and relationships. It can help us feel seen, validated, and represented,” she explained. “It can also help to promote understanding and appreciation for the diversity within the Black community.”
