Look: Donald Trump Insiders Say Campaign Vows to 'Turn Bill Clinton Into Bill Cosby'

This following the GOP candidate's growing sexual assault allegations.

As the country rapidly approached November 8, this year’s presidential election has begun to center around sexual assault claims made by women of the past.

For Donald Trump, he has focused on reminding the country of past claims women have made against former President Bill Clinton. Trump’s campaign CEO Stephen Bannon even told staffers to “turn Bill Clinton into Bill Cosby,” reported Bloomberg

“This has nothing to do with consensual sexual affairs and infidelities,” Bannon said to Trump campaign workers. “This is Bill. We’re going to turn him into Bill Cosby. He’s a violent sexual predator who physically abuses women who he assaults. And she takes the lead on the intimidation of the victims.”

Yesterday, Trump was scheduled to make an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity with several women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. However, after the New York Times published accusations from several women who claim the Republican candidate made unwanted sexual advances towards them, Trump canceled his interview.

To take things even further, Trump threatened to sue the Times if they did not retract the story in which the women made the accusations. The New York Times thoughtfully responded with their own letter that basically told the reality star that it’s not libel if they are reiterating something that he has more or less bragged about in the past.

Also, it should be noted that although accusations about Bill Clinton are important in a legal sense, his wife Hillary is the actual candidate in the running. Thus, they have nothing to do with her ability to lead a country. Whereas any claims made against Donald Trump have to be treated with more urgency because he is the actual GOP candidate.

Clinton and her camp have not made any claims about Melania Trump and her past; therefore, one can assume that it's only fair that both spouses be kept off limits.
