Season two of Zatima begins with Zac and Fatima settling in their new place. We begin with the couple getting it on in the shower because that’s what lovers do. It’s a hot and steamy moment, but Fatima wishes Zac would give her a break because they get it in a lot — sometimes up to six times a day.

Zac doesn’t think anything is wrong with his high sex drive and says he loves her so much that he always wants to make contact. But what’s interesting is, of all the things that could be an issue, like Zac’c baby mamas and possible baby mamas, it’s too much sex that’s getting on Fatima’s nerves the most.

After Zac and Fatima get it together and head out to start their respective days, they stumble across Deja, everyone’s favorite tenant [insert eyeroll]. This time, Deja is sitting in an ambulance, talking about how she’s still feeling the effects of that beat down Fatima gave her last season. Y’all, she still hasn’t learned a thing. Zac managed to send Fatima to work without incident and instead of being grateful, Deja started trying to push up on him again. She didn’t go as hard as we know she could, but she’s looking for trouble, once again, if she keeps going down that path.

When Zac gets to work, he tries to sneak in before running into his partner, Bryce. You remember what happened between them, right? In case you don’t, Bryce pushed up on Zac out of nowhere. Zac wasn’t feeling it and viewed it as a violation. But it’s hard to split seamlessly from a business partner…or is it? Anyway, Zac didn’t successfully sneak in. Bryce exited his office in time to catch him and apologized for his behavior. The resolution between them is that they will finish their last couple of projects before parting ways for good. Later on, Zac treats himself to a haircut and runs into his brother Jeremiah, who tells him he needs to go see their mom. Zac and his mom aren’t on good terms and haven’t spoken in a long time so he’s wondering why she’d want to see him suddenly, but we’ll have to wait until another episode to find out.

For Fatima, work isn’t as awkward. She chats with her friend Angela and explains that while she loves having sex with Zac, he just wants it too much for her liking. Angela puts the bug in her ear that she better figure out how to handle that with him, otherwise he may go elsewhere. That got to Fatima because let’s fast forward to the end of the episode. When she gets home from work, Zac is already there and ready to give it a go again, but Fatima shuts him down, and her final words in this episode are that she wants him to get a side chick.

Zac doesn’t give an answer before the episode ends, but it doesn’t seem like he’d be into it. It also definitely doesn’t seem like Fatima would actually let that fly either, but you never know with this universe, so we will have to keep watching to see what happens.
