Tamar Braxton Is 'Mad And Depressed' Following Social Media War With Loni Love

The former colleagues got into it after the singer slammed "The Real" on "Wendy."

Tamar Braxton's three-year-old feud with her former The Real co-hosts flared up again after her Wednesday morning appearance on the Wendy Williams Show. The singer called her former colleagues "catty" during the sit-down, referencing her sudden firing from the show in 2016. One of her former co-hosts, Loni Love, responded to the accusations just hours later on her show, alongside her co-hosts Adrienne Houghton, Tamera Mowry-Housley and Jeannie Mai. She urged Tamar to come hash things out on the air.

Needless to say, Braxton declined, and did so via a social media war with Loni in which she pulled up screen shots of text messages accusing Loni of lobbying for her firing in the first place.

Now, Tamar has returned to Twitter to explain that she feels "defeated" after their public fallout.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner started venting to her followers on Thursday morning, explaining, "I woke up this morning minding my d*mn business."

  • She got a bit more descriptive, however, while responding to a follower who asked her to explain why she refused to accept Loni's offer to hash things out on The Real. She stressed that, in her eyes, "it's lies."

"NeNe and Wendy cleared the air in PRIVATE then came on her show & it was positive!" she wrote. "They don't want that. They want MORE drama and here I am today mad & depressed because I allowed myself to engage with them on negativity when all I've been wrkn so [hard] on positivity & [love]."

  • Further addressing Loni's claims that she invited her to the show to talk, Braxton says it is all false as she has been "blocked for years."

The "Love & War" singer also added that the comedian dragged her sister Towanda Braxton into their disagreement during an interview on The Breakfast Club.

"Can you imagine what that did to our relationship?" she said. "This lady has done a lot and I've been silent. I don't know what the constant attack is on me. I don't know."

  • She ended her detailed rant by admitting that she feels "defeated" following their public spat and no longer wants to discuss Loni or the other The Real co-hosts anymore.

"I'm feeling defeated," she wrote. "All my hard word & from one question, went down the drain. I'm just tired of it. I have so many positive amazing television shows coming and music and this always the focus. I honestly don't want to discuss them nor talk to or about them."

  • Could this really be the last of it? For the sake of us all, hopefully it is.
