Tiffany Haddish is currently riding high on her massive breakout role from the recently released box office smash Girls Trip. While it seems as the world is overwhelmingly anticipating her deserving success, many were met with disappointment after reading some comments the funny lady made about wanting to work with Bill Cosby.
During an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Haddish, 37, explained that, despite his recent downfall, she would love to work with Cosby.
"I still want to work with Bill Cosby," she said. "I don't care, I'll drink the juice. I'll drink the juice. I'll take a nap. I don't give a damn [laughs]. But seriously, I would love for him to play my grandfather in something."
Though Haddish mentioned that she was inspired by other iconic comedians as well, like Mo'Nique and Richard Pryor, her words about Cosby, in particular, seemed to upset the Twitter community the most.
The 80-year-old was recently made a headline mascot for years after sexual assault allegations were waged against him. Just last month, a mistrial was declared in the sexual assault trial due to a hung jury.
