Report: Jennifer Hudson Makes Shocking Allegations Against David Otunga

This is getting ugly.

The split between formerly longtime engaged couple Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga is proving to be one for the books as new reports indicate that the Oscar winner is now accusing her ex-fiancé of something serious — and it involves their son.

Take a look at the former couple in happier times in the BET Breaks video above.

According to court documents obtained from The Blast, Hudson claims that her former reality star ex removed their eight-year-old son, David Jr., from school and left town without informing her. She allegedly learned of this from an app the school uses for child safety called PickUpPatrol.

The docs reportedly state that it all went down on November 10, and Hudson reportedly is now worried that Otunga will take their son out of the state without her knowledge. She reportedly also mentioned that, last week, Otunga threatened to take their son away from her physical possession.

She allegedly added in the court documents that the "frequency and intensity of David's conduct has escalated to the point that I am now living in fear for my physical and emotional safety and that of my son."

The Dreamgirls actress also said that her former WWE westler ex has been intimidating their son to the point that he is "scared of his own mother." She even claimed that David Jr. has been instructed by his father to send him videos on his iPad anytime he is in the presence of his mother to make him aware of their exact whereabouts and who they are with.

She claims that the child is so scared that he broke down in tears while in the studio with her the other night because "he was fearful of the consequences his father might impose on him for just being there."

The "Spotlight" singer confirmed via her rep that she recently split from divorce from David Otunga after 10 years of engagement.
