The Internet Lost Its Sh** After Cardi B's Pregnant Coachella Performance

Who said pregnant ladies can't twerk? Not Bardi!

Cardi B took Coachella—we mean, Boachella—from Indio, California, way over east to the Bronx with a 35-minute, ultra hyphy, stripper dance-trouped performance on Sunday (April 15).

The BX-native went all out for her first-ever Coachella stage act, delivering a live and in (all-white) color serving of fan-favorited hits from her Invasion of Privacy debut project. Cardi paid homage to the 1996 Grammys look from R&B’s legendary trio from that era, TLC, with baggy pants, clunky platform shoes and signature ponytails reminiscent of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez. Stripper poles and cardio-strong choreography galore, Bardi saved a couple of spots for her debut album’s star guests as well.

Oakland, California rapper G-Eazy hit the stage for the radio smashing “No Limit” performance, which features one of Bardi’s most popular verses, as well as another Oakland-native, Kehlani, who brought vocals for Cardi’s “Ring” single. Chicago’s hip-hop boy wonder Chance the Rapper joined the 25-year-old to show fans how to live their “Best Life,” and Atlanta’s 21 Savage dropped off bars for his “Bartier Cardi” feature as well.

When Compton spitter YG made his entrance for Cardi’s “She Bad,” however, the mommy-to-be dropped it low and turned the energy high in all of her twerk-happy, MILF-y moves that’s got the internet flipped upside down.

See how well Cardi’s handling maternity and money moves on the Coachella stage and what the internet had to say about it all below.
