Kanye West's comments about slavery onTMZ Live has social media in a frenzy, but there are a few shocking things he revealed that are being lost in the midst of his strange commentary.

The father of three revealed that he developed an addiction to painkillers after undergoing liposuction.

West says his opioid addiction got so bad that he was using days before being hospitalized for a week in 2016. "Two days before I was in the hospital, I was addicted to opioids. I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y'all," he explained.

Blaming his decision to go under the knife on the media, he added, "I got liposuction because I didn't want y'all to call me fat like y'all called Rob at the wedding and made him fly home before the wedding."

Getting even more candid, Yeezy disclosed that he was "drugged the f**k out" when he posed for photos with then President-elect Donald Trump in December 2016.

Kanye West's TMZ Live appearance added fuel to the growing fury of fans stunned by the rapper's recent commentary. Even more bizarre than his sudden support of Donald Trump and his MAGA campaign on Twitter, West said that he believed African slavery was a choice during his chat with TMZ.
