The 2018 Met Gala brought forth a considerable amount of jaw-droppers from Young Money’s leading rap lady, Nicki Minaj, including a surprise photo op with Cardi B and a dazzling Oscar De La Renta ensemble that helped steal the night.
But, there was no surprise Nicki released from up her sleeve like the announcement she made about her dangerously anticipated fourth studio album, which she said is named Queen and will arrive June 15.
Fans already speculated that the album was on its way sooner than later during Nicki's early 2018 off-season where she disappeared from social media, crept off into her glammy studio hideout and switched on album mode. For her newest reveal, the head Barb in charge took a step away from the grand announcement spotlight style and casually dropped the deets with a local news station covering the annual celebrity fundraising festivities.
And just like that, Barbs Army Twitter flipped their tops and calendar pages to prepare the official countdown leading up to the Queens raptress’ fourth studio installment into the kingdom.
