Megan Thee Stallion’s resume is already impressive when taking into account her meteoric rap rise in 2019.

  1. Now she’s ready to add her next entertainment credential: actress. On Thursday (Dec. 12), Shadow and Act said that the Houston rap star will be flexing her acting chops on NBC’s hit television show Good Girls. The show was recently renewed for its third season, which Megan will be joining in an as-of-yet named role. The suburban crime dramedy follows three struggling moms who turn to a life of crime to make ends meet only to realize it’s not as easy as they first thought.

  2. Details are sparse at the moment. It hasn’t been announced what kind of character Megan will be playing or what the season’s plot will be as well. But the Hot Girl was eager nonetheless. In an Instagram post, the “Big Ole Freak” rap star was giddy with excitement as she shared the big news with her 7.3 millions followers. Channeling her trademark Texas-sized swagger, the 24-year-old greeted her legion of fans with a chill, “What’s up, Hotties?” while standing in front of a trailer donning a camo bodysuit over black fishnet stockings.

“NBC done let me come on and be on Good Girls. And y'all just need to tune in, and get ready for me!” she proclaimed with her signature “Ah!”  thrown in for good measure.

  3. Megan has been having an amazing 2019, and it seems like her 2020 is already shaping up to be another one for the books. Though this makes her first official TV role, we got a little taste of her acting in the horror-inspired Hottieween YouTube short series directed by Teyana Taylor. You can tune in to see Megan on the upcoming season when it premieres on NBC on February 16, 2020. But for now, see how Megan’s already getting into character below.
