Ja Rule Randomly Put Out New Music This Week

Is he making a comeback?

Published August 5, 2015

With 50 Cent and Ja Rule trading shots (again) on social media, the Queens MC felt it was appropriate to drop a new song.

Fif and Ja have a very publicized beef that goes back almost 10 years. Recently, thanks to Drake versus Meek Mill, their names have been brought up because the two feuds are drawing comparisons from fans. We're guessing that because Ja’s name is back in the conversation, he’s decided to capitalize on it with “Wake Up.”

The song is a positive tune that has Ja crooning about getting up every day and feeling alive. He also promises that more songs like this will be appearing soon on his SoundCloud from his back catalogue.

“The records I'm gonna be dropping on soundcloud.com/Ruleyorkmusic are ART pieces raw, uncut not mixed or mastered gems from the vault!!!" he wrote.

You can listen to “Wake Up” here and look for more details on his next album, Genius Loves Company, soon.
