It's official! Last night, Gucci Mane and his longtime girlfriend, Keyshia Ka'oir finally tied the knot, and "The Mane Event" was broadcast on BET for all to attend. Seriously, some of us even got dressed up (in all white of course) to watch on our couch!
Looking like a vision of beauty, the newly minted Mrs. Davis left many speechless with her classy "wife/bride" look. With all the buzz, you know we had to give you the official beauty breakdown of the lovely bride.
Keyshia looked like royalty in a beautiful high bun styled by Harold, a.k.a. "The Lace Wig Guru." The Straight Full Lace/130% Density lace front wig by White Label Hair (the same hair brand Teyana Taylor wears!) was topped off with a custom crystal headpiece by Bridal Styles Boutique.
Completely photogenic, Mrs. Davis looked stunning with a flawless, pared back beat courtesy of New York makeup artist Angie Martinez. BET Style spoke exclusively with Angie to get the insider deets on her makeup:
"For her bridal look, Keyshia wanted to go for something different than what she normally does. She wanted people to be taken aback — and give the people something unexpected. We wanted her skin to glow, look fresh and radiant as well! So, we gave her a blinding highlight on her cheekbones and brow bone. She wanted to go for a softer nude look with [her] eyes so that they sparkle when the light hits. We went for a flesh toned glossy lip, making the eyes her statement. So, we did all neutral tones with a cat eye."
With over 20 products used to create the flawless look, we couldn't help but notice Keyshia ditched her usual bold lip in exchange for a neutral colored pout using her line, Ka'oir Cosmetics Lip Pop Gloss in “Take It Off” ($16). And did you see those “Mykonos” lashes ($30) by Lilly Lashes? Love!
With all white as the color scheme for both the wedding and attire, Keyshia's silver manicure was a not-so-subtle touch to her classic bridal style — and 25-carat ring!
Our opinion? Life looks good for the #Wopsters! If you missed the "Mane Event," watch the full video below:
