With BET Awards 2021 just a few weeks away, we’re beside ourselves with excitement and anticipation to watch the star-studded show on June 27 at 8/7C.
While we patiently wait for the culture's biggest night, we decided to highlight some of the best jewelry moments spotted on our ‘Best Male Hip Hop Artist’ nominees. From Drake to Jack Harlow, we’re sure these stars will give us amazing jewelry inspiration on the BET Awards red carpet.
Drake likes to keep things simple when he’s out and about, but the “Hotline Bling” rapper isn’t afraid to drop an easy million on a statement piece. Last year, he purchased a 100 carat heart-shaped necklace, designed by Gemma Fine Jewelry, with a matching ring that took seven months to create. So icy!
We love how DaBaby is always ready to flaunt his frosty jewels. All eyes were on the larger-than-life rapper who arrived on the BET Awards 2019 red carpet wearing diamonds on his neck, wrist, fingers, and even teeth. So cool!
J. Cole may not wear his signature gold chain much, but we will never forget when he came dressed to impress at the BET Awards 2013. The “No Role Modelz” rapper wore a Versace crew neck with a polished Cubanlink gold chain to match the print of his sweater. He paired the chain with a Gucci-link bracelet that caught the eyes of many accessory lovers.
Lil Baby’s jewelry collection is filled with costume pieces but it's his rose gold and white gold diamond encrusted Cubanlink chains with a large “Baby” ornament that has us checking out his iced-out weight.
Pop Smoke wore a lot of different amulets, but you can always count on the “Dior” rapper wearing his iced out Cubanlink chain, and his signature braids.
Jack Harlow flosses his huge custom Kentucky pendant customized by Alex Moss New York. The one-of-a kind piece is arranged with 61 carats of VVS diamonds and 560 grams of 14k white gold. Cleverly, a giant sapphire marks the spot of his hometown of Louisville. With more than 4,500 stones, the large piece is a sweet homage to his home state and a real showstopper.
