Kobe Bryant

From 2000 to 2010, Kobe Bryant has led the Los Angeles Lakers to five NBA championships.  He's won one Slam Dunk contest and he led the all players in scoring from 2005-07.  In 2003, he was arrested for sexual assault charges, which were later dropped.  He has since become the all-time leading scorer in Lakers franchise history and in 2008 he was picked as league MVP.  Bryant also won a gold medal as a member of the USA Olympic National team in 2008. In 2013, the NBA star was sidelined by a tear in his Achilles tendon which could take approximately six to nine months to heal.
