Wanna Work Out Like Serena Williams and Kevin Hart? There’s an App for That
Need some inspiration to get out of bed and get your sweat on? Only have 15 minutes?
No worries, Nike’s got you. Enter their new digital workout with none other than seven-time Wimbledon champ Serena Williams and funny man Kevin Hart.
The two friends feed off of their hilarious chemistry to give you "The Hart Serena,” a 15-minute, high-intensity workout on Nike’s Plus Training App that includes a sweat-filled bodyweight circuit of push-ups, high knees, jump squats, side planks, forward lunges and burpies.
The best thing? You don’t need to buy any equipment.
There is a twist though: The two are not in the actual workout video itself, as ESPN pointed out. But it’s still worth downloading. High intensity workouts are great for faster weight loss, can slash your risk for heart disease and diabetes and can help you build strength and endurance. Plus, this workout is great for you and a friend.
It’s hard to kind of push yourself,” Williams said to Hart in the promo video, “but it’s easier when you have someone to push you.”
Hart added, “You’re making each other better.”
We hear that.
