ASCAP Black History Month R&B Performances: Kadeem Nichols Performs ‘Someday We'll All Be Free’

It’s the fourth of four weekly performances presented by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and BET.com.

As Black History Month comes to a close, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) continues to celebrate the momentous month.

On Monday (February 27), ASCAP’s campaign sheds a light on rising r&b artist Kadeem Nichols, who took his opportunity in the spotlight to sing a cover of Donny Hathaway’s “Someday We'll All Be Free.”

“This song is dedicated to everyone who has fought and died for our freedom and those still fighting today,” Nichols says. “Thank you.”
