'Tyler Perry’s Sistas': Cheyenne’s Issues Run Deeper, Danni Faces Her Most Dangerous Situation Yet

Cheyenne’s arrest exposes a much darker truth, while Danni’s bad decisions escalate into a terrifying confrontation that leaves her shaken and vulnerable.

This week’s episode of Tyler Perry’s Sistas opens with the aftermath of Cheyenne’s arrest. After being locked up for lewd and lascivious conduct last week, she does what she always does—calls Andi early in the morning to come save her. Andi gives her a well-earned lecture, but let’s be real: she was never going to leave her little sister sitting in jail. Connections are pulled, favors are made, and Cheyenne is back on the outside.

Meanwhile, Danni’s storyline takes an uncomfortable turn. Officer Marcus pulls up on her outside a grocery store, telling her he wants to see her again. Danni shuts it down immediately—and with Danni, “no” means no. Still, his reaction after she drives away says everything. Watching him angrily throw his groceries into the trash makes it clear that something about this man is deeply off, and that this situation isn’t over.

‘Tyler Perry’s Sistas:' How Actress Jordan Coleman Brings Cheyenne Barnes To Life

Over in Zatima land, Fatima tells Zac she doesn’t trust Mr. Keys. After overhearing Mr. Keys on the phone hinting that he might be Zac’s father, Fatima urged him to come clean—but he hasn’t. Now she’s trying to gently plant the idea that something isn’t right. Zac isn’t fully buying it yet, but once the truth comes out, a full-blown meltdown feels inevitable.

Back to Cheyenne: Andi manages to get her out, but not before their mother finds out what’s going on. The tension between all three women is heavy, and it becomes obvious that communication is not their strong suit. More importantly, the episode makes it clear that Cheyenne’s problems go far beyond partying. Her drug use is serious, and her sudden move to Atlanta feels less like a fresh start and more like running from something—or someone—that hasn’t fully surfaced yet.

Then comes the episode’s most disturbing moment.

Danni is home, minding her business, when Marcus shows up uninvited, upset that she hasn’t been responding to his calls or texts. Despite already telling him they’re done, he refuses to accept it. When she asks him to leave, he forces his way inside, escalating the situation into a violent confrontation. Marcus attempts to assault her, but Danni fights back—grabbing a cast iron pan and striking him until he finally flees her apartment.

The episode ends with Danni collapsed on the floor in tears, shaken and traumatized. It’s a sobering moment that underscores just how dangerous ignoring red flags can be—and how quickly things can spiral when boundaries aren’t respected.
