It’s quite obvious from her modelesque figure that Meghan Markle takes her health and fitness seriously. In fact, reports have revealed that the former actress has had her wedding dress taken in several times due to her weight loss.
Her healthy living, which consists of lots of yoga, pilates, regular runs around Kensington Gardens and a mostly vegan diet during the week — with small treats like pizza and ice cream left to a minimum — is definitely contributing to her pre-wedding transformation!

According to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry has changed his diet to adopt his bride’s “clean eating” habits and has even gotten an exclusive $779-a-month gym membership to look his very best for the royal affair.
“Meghan has completely changed Harry’s diet. She’s got him juicing and he has lost at least half a stone [seven pounds], which is a lot for someone as skinny as he is,” a source shared.
So what’s on his diet?
Fewer carbs, more kale, and quinoa.
The couple even purchased a high-end juicer, as they take their “clean eating” seriously.
“They have bought a top-of-the-range juicer, and she has him on fruit and veg smoothies,” the source shared while adding, “She’s also weaning him off meat.”
