Now that Meghan Markle is officially British royalty, those closest to her — particularly, her mother, Doria Ragland — are looking back on the momentous day.

While going down memory lane, Ragland reportedly revealed the moment she found the most exciting from the major event, and it's likely not what you may be thinking.

According to US Weekly, Ragland revealed that, aside from seeing her daughter and Prince Harry recite their vows, her personal highlight of the big day was meeting the Queen.

"Doria is saying the biggest highlight of the wedding, of course after watching her daughter say 'I do' to the man she loves, was meeting the Queen," an insider told the publication. "It would have been extremely intimidating for anyone, but Meghan and Harry really did a marvelous job preparing her (with) what to expect."

The source added that, to ease his then future-mother-in-law's anxiety, Prince Harry told her "numerous stories about the Queen as a grandmother and what she (means) to him."

It is further reported that Ragland charmed her new in-laws so much that they fell in love with her, with the mutual admiration leading to speculation that she may give up her life as a yoga teacher in LA to move to the UK to support her daughter.

Needless to say, the love for Ms. Ragland has spread beyond the Royal family as social media overwhelmingly showered her with praise after witnessing her solitary support of Meghan during the ceremony.
