DMX Released From Jail In Arizona
On Tuesday (July 6), DMX (born Earl Simmons) was released from an Arizona prison.
After serving four months of a six-month sentence, Simmons' legal rep Glenn Allen confirmed with XXLMag.com that his client was released from the Arizona facility.
Simmons was sent to jail on March 9 for five counts of violating his probation in which all the violations were related to cocaine abuse.
Simmons received probation for assaulting an officer with a food tray while serving time for theft, drug and animal abuse charges last year.
