With serious flow and undeniable swag, she is the first openly queer female rapper to have a top 20 Billboard hit with 2016’s “Ooooouuuuu.” Embracing who she was always equated success for the rapper; she once said when she came out as a lesbian is when her music began to really grow.
Young M.A. is living proof that being exactly who you are will always open the door for more blessings. Her story of success inspires many people do step into their authentic selves, regardless of their background.
