Rick Ross: My Ex Won't Let Me See Our Son

Child support drama between Rozay and Tia Kemp continues.

Co-parenting doesn’t seem to be working out well in the case of Rick Ross and his ex, Tia Kemp. Ross is accusing Kemp of keeping their child from him, Bossip reports.

Rozay filed legal documents in a Broward County Circuit Court earlier this month in response to Kemp’s request for a child support increase to $20,000 per month, up from $2,800. The Bawse wants Kemp’s request tossed and his legal fees covered.

He argues that none of his child support payments are out of date, noting that Kemp has been able to live without working for the last decade. “Respondent asserts that Petitioner is unemployed and has failed to secure or seek employment since the birth of the minor child, who is ten years of age,” the docs state. “Therefore Petitioner has failed to contribute to the rearing and the maintenance of the minor child to date.”

Moreover, Ross says Kemp has “engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent” and won’t compromise on visitation. Ross was recently freed from house arrest stemming from an alleged assault and kidnapping incident over the summer.

The 39-year-old MMG leader also accuses Kemp of making “frivolous and baseless claims before the court in an effort to harass” him.
