From canceling her tour with Bruno Mars to devoting time to her newborn baby girl to finding safe ways of accomplishing a snapback while breastfeeding, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper has turned from a regular, degular, shmegular girl into a mom right in front of our eyes.

Recently, the 25-year-old Bronx native decided to share her newest change for the benefit of her newborn—changing her signature pointy nails to square so she won't “hurt her baby.”

Smart move, especially since we’ve all see the public scrutiny Kylie Jenner experienced when she was spotted with her newborn in long nails.

TBH: We never thought we’d see the day when Cardi would ditch her signature stiletto nails, but obviously this mommy is serious about Baby Kulture, writing on Twitter: “Ok so if you noticed I changed my nail shape from pointy to square so I won’t hurt my baby.”

We don't think we'll see these kind of nails for a while.
