Twitter Drags TF Out Of Susan Sarandon After She Thanks Black Folks For Alabama Win

"Don't talk to us. Sincerely, #BlackWomen."

Susan Sarandon still hasn't learned that pretty much nobody wants to hear from her about politics anymore — least of all, people of color.

The actress was one of many who took to social media immediately following Doug Jones' Alabama win to express her gratitude for Black women, who clinched the historic Democrat victory and saved us from putting a confessed child molester in office. But Black women (and men and lots of other POC) once again told Sarandon to STFU after she vocally opposed Hillary Clinton during last year's general election and aided in Trump's victory.

  • The award-winning actress made headlines last year year when she compared Hillary Clinton to now-president Donald Trump, initially claiming that not only are they "the same" in her eyes, but that Clinton was, in fact, a worse choice. The actress continued to upset many when she publicly endorsed Jill Stein for president. Nevermind that her privileged views might cost millions their health insurance, immigration rights and much, much more.

    Now, with almost a year passing since her problematic theories and Trump's first term, she is making headlines once again after she took the time to thank Black women for helping Jones win the recent election in Alabama.
