Look: Here’s Why Police Believe This Woman Was Stabbed to Death by Her Ex-Boyfriend

Dayo Corley had recently told Qwantrell Gilliam to move out.

On Friday, NYPD cops arrested the ex-boyfriend of a missing Queens mother who was found stabbed to death in her car, reported the NY Daily News

Police believe 41-year-old Qwantrell Gilliam murdered 43-year-old Dayo Corley. On Monday, Corley was found dead in the driver’s seat of her black Chevrolet Equinox, police said.

Corley was reported missing by a family member on Saturday. She worked as a human resources manager for AAA and was a mainstay at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Springfield Gardens, sources confirm.

Police suspect Gilliam because of the couple’s tumultuous history. In June, Corley kicked him out of their house but he came back to their home several times and argued with her, police said.

Gilliam has been charged with murder, evidence tampering and criminal possession of a weapon.
