The 5-foot7 beauty made her grand entrance up the Windsor Castle staircase with a with a 16-foot silk tulle veil—yeah, we were all in awe!

At Dutchess Meghan’s request, the veil was trimmed with hand-embroidered flowers from all 53 countries in the British Commonwealth.

As you can guess, hundreds of hours were spent making the veil perfect.

If you look closely in the details, you may also notice that two of Meghan’s personal favorites were added to the veil: wintersweet, which grows in their Kensington Palace gardens, and California poppy, which represents the Bride's birth state's state flower.

  • Something Old: Cartier Jewelry

Leaving the details in her tiara, the glowing bride accessorized her simplistic off-the-shoulder wedding gown with Cartier diamond stud earrings (worn before) and Cartier diamond bracelet

During the nuptials, per tradition, Prince Harry placed a simple Welsh gold band on his bride’s finger. The ring was crafted, by London’s Cleave & Company, from a piece of Welsh gold, given as a gift by Queen Elizabeth.

London’s Cleave & Company are the jewelers to Queen Elizabeth as well as the company that made Meghan’s custom engagement ring.

Designed by Clare Waight Keller— the first female artistic director at the iconic House of Givenchy—the Dutchess looked stunning in a simple pure-white Givenchy gown featuring an open bateau neckline made to frame her shoulders along with slim three-quarter-length sleeves for a touch of refined modernity.

"It is truly an honour to have been given the opportunity to collaborate with Meghan Markle on such a remarkable occasion," Clare Waight Keller said.

Although, the price of the gown has yet to be confirmed, according to the Daily Mail the dress is worth a whopping 200K pounds or approx $269K. E!'s royal expert, Melanie Bromley, told BAZAAR.com: "It wouldn’t surprise me if Meghan decides to foot some of the costs herself so she can have the dress of her dreams."

She continued, "She’s independently wealthy, and she’ll want a gown fit for a duchess."

The ring previously belonged to the groom's late mother, Princess Diana.

To dance the night away with DJ Idris Elba, ladies who attended the reception were provided slippers so that they can change out of their heels.
