We have seen footage of Russell Wilson coaching baby Future in football before. And when the Seattle Seahawks' star quarterback isn't training his stepson, we have seen the cute 3-year-old tag along with his mom, Ciara, to the team's practices and even tackle some of Wilson's teammates.

Well, from the looks of this video of Wilson running the adorable toddler through this football drill yesterday, the kid might have a future in the NFL just like his step dad. 

CiCi captured it all, as "Pappa Russ" showed "Juicy Man" how it's done, and the confident toddler runs the drill back pretty perfectly for his age.

This footage is bound to have you saying, "Aww!"

Ciara is right ... that boy does have "quick feet for his age."

With Russell as his coach, the sky's the limit for this kid in football. It was a "#HappyMonday" indeed for the Wilsons.
