As a kid, Niniola always had a strong love for music. Known for being “the human radio,” she remembers other high school classmates of hers requesting her to sing songs during their free time at school. She stayed ready with her large repertoire of music, including the likes of her music influences: Whitney Houston and Beyoncé.

Deciding that it was time for the world to hear her voice, Niniola competed as the runner up for the sixth season of the show, “Project Fame West Africa,” which is a Nigerian music reality television show.

But her journey did not stop there. Creating her own path and not taking the traditional route to music stardom, Niniola received her Bachelors of Education from the University of Lagos and later circled back to her true love, music.

Niniola’s life and career completely changed when she met Sarz, the producer who also created Wizkid and Drake’s song, “Come Closer.” She has had the opportunity to work with other music greats like Uganda’s Eddy Kenzo, a BET Award Winner, as a feature on his single “Mbilo Mbilo.”

In November of 2017, she debuted her album, This is Me. The album won the hearts of many listeners and it took her music career to the next level, becoming Artist Spotlight feature and Apple Music’s New Artists of The Month.
