It's not surprising when a celebrity undergoes some form of plastic surgery, especially when they are fairly new to being in the spotlight. And there's no judgment here. We're all for people making themselves happy as long as it's safe, but some plastic surgery transformations are so drastic that even stars end up regretting it in the long run.
There's something to be said about the differences concerning the intricacies of cosmetic surgery procedures that are "trendy" for white celebrities versus Black ones. While Black celebrities tend to slim down their noses and even brighten their skin tone due to eurocentric beauty standards, a trend amongst white celebrities has been to enhance their natural features to exemplify the very characteristics that Black women are shamed for, like big butts and fuller lips.
While we've noticed most Black stars are fairly open about their plastic surgery journey, white celebrities, like the KarJenner clan, choose to keep the world in the dark about the particulars of their various cosmetic procedures. Nevertheless, some stars have becoming completely unrecognizable with their new faces or bodies!
Take A Look At Celebrities Who've Had The Most Drastic Plastic Surgery Transformations:
Tiffany 'New York' Pollard
The H.B.I.C. admitted to BET that she loves plastic surgery and said, "I love plastic surgery, there’s nothing wrong with that! Plastic surgery has a really bad rap, and I don’t like that. So I’m a little bit of an advocate for it." Since becoming a reality TV sensation, Tiffany "New York" Pollard has had a number of cosmetic surgeries including nose job and a boob job.
Tiffany may no longer feel like this after her revealing on her episode of 'Botched' that she thought she was suffering from Breast Implant Illness, or BII. New York admitted to doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow that she was experiencing diarrhea every morning and dizziness. Because of this, she reduced her breasts, despite her fears and questioned, "Can I see myself as the HBIC and be organic? I believe I can do it."
Aubrey O' Day
It's pretty clear that this Danity Kane member has undergone some serious changes over the years. Since her debut in 2005 with the now disbanded R&B girl group, Aubrey O'Day, who claims that it's just makeup and not surgery, has now ditched her girl-next-door looks and is looking like a member of the KarJenner inner circle.
The white, female DJ and influencer has been accused of stealing from the culture as well as appropriating it. Julieanna "YesJulz" Goddard recently claimed that she had no cosmetic surgery, but the proof is in the pictures, sis.
La Toya Jackson
The Jackson family is definitely known for their nose jobs and various cosmetic surgeries since their rise to fame in the '80s. The most drastic offender is La Toya Jackson, the original contour queen, who has been rumored to have a number of surgeries such as nose job, brow lift, face lift, and breast implants.
The youngest of the KarJenner sisters was one of the first to blatantly lie about getting any work done when she was called out for getting her lips done. When she finally admitted to getting fillers, Kylie Jenner still denied getting any work done to the rest of her body, like her nose and breasts. The 21-year-old billionaire claims that she's just curvy and now says pregnancy is what changed her body the most. But Kylie looks vastly different than when she first started over-lining her lips!
Khloé Kardashian is the Photoshop queen of the KarJenner clan. While we can credit much of her overwhelmingly obvious changes on Instagram to FaceTune, we can't help but notice that her lips, nose and body are different from when the reality star first rose to fame. Though she says she's too afraid of knives to get surgery, Khloé did admit once that she took the fillers out of her cheeks and had work done on her legs. That doesn't account for the rest of your body, sis.
Kim Kardashian West
Kim Kardashian West is definitely a big fan of Botox but refuses to get candid about her cinched waist and notorious enhancements to her back side. While she claims fear of knives like the rest of her sisters, we see the changes that can't be credited to puberty or car accidents, like her younger sisters.
This Aussie rapper is a big fan of showing off her ASSets since getting work done. Since she stepped on the rap scene in 2009, Iggy Azalea has undergone some drastic changes that leave her unrecognizable to fans. But Iggy is a clear advocate for cosmetic enhancements and even thanked her plastic surgeon for her "fabulous nose and breasts."
Kim Zolciak, Brielle and Ariana Biermann
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is a lover of a plastic pout but the drastic changes her teenage daughters have gone through have social media users calling foul on this reality TV mom. Kim Zolciak Biermann loves changing up her look, whether its her face or breasts. Fillers seem to be a family affair, and Kim now has both her daughters, Ariana and Brielle, look like her Botox clones.
Adrienne Bailon Houghton
Adrienne Bailon has been on TV screens across the country ever since she was singing in R&B group 3LW. The Real host was open about her breast surgery when she had them enhanced at the age of 19 after filming her first Cheetah Girls movie. Since having her implants removed, it seems that she has definitely dabbled in other enhancements, such as lip fillers.
Arica Adams, a.k.a. Hazel E, has been in the industry for quite some time now. Since she's been in the limelight for awhile, it's evident how unrecognizable she has become over the years due to her various cosmetic surgeries.
Shannon and Shannade Clermont
This twin duo rose to fame on season 14 of the Oxygen reality show Bad Girls Club. Proving they were the bossiest bad girls, the Clermont twins, Shannade and Shannon, can now be seen walking in NYFW shows, such as the Blonds, featured in campaigns for brands like Yeezy, or on the news after their lofty legal battles. The pair have been fairly open about their cosmetic surgeries to their faces and bodies, but it's still surprising how much they have changed since their reality television stint.
