On Tuesday (September 16), Cardi took to her Instagram stories where she posted a clip of a bouquet of yellow, orange, white and purple flowers that Lizzo sent her, according to a screengrab obtained by PEOPLE. “Omg thank you @lizzobeating," Cardi wrote over the clip.

In addition to the floral arrangement, Lizzo penned a handwritten letter to her Hustlers co-star. “Flowers for a flower! Congrats on all your success this summer - know you are loved and are love,” the “Truth Hurts” songstress wrote.
She added, “P.S. - I’m sending you something good this week,” signing off with, “Love, Lizzo.” Cardi was moved by the sweet surprise and expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards the kind gesture in the clip. 

“Isn’t Lizzo like the nicest person in the world?" Cardi gushed as she showed off the bouquet. “She is just a beautiful a** person, I just love her so much. These are so pretty.”

One year after their marriage, Cardi announced that they were separating amid rumors of infidelity on Offset’s part. The couple later reconciled and the divorce was called off after Offset crashed Cardi's headlining set at Rolling Loud where he begged for her forgiveness in front of thousands.

Offset has contested the divorce. The pair is slated to appear in court on November 4
