Everyone has a sex story where things didn’t go according to plan. But for one unlucky guy, an intimate evening with his girlfriend resulted in his penis snapping in half. 

Kent, England, native Steven Horden, 37, and his girlfriend Kiera Diss, 38, have been trying to make a baby. During their most recent attempt, things got a little too rough and Horden’s penis snapped, reported Metrograph UK.

“It’s nasty. The whole penis is bruised and bent and horrible,” Horden said. “We were doing doggy style. It was a little bit too frantic. I think we overdid a little.”

A little?

When the awful event occurred, Kiera was in complete shock.

“Steve was in a lot of pain. I was in shock, I never imagined something like this would happen,” Kiera explained. “I feel a bit guilty as I think it was my thrusting backwards that was half the cause of it.”

Horden was taken to an area hospital where doctors had a catheter inserted and his foreskin removed. He remained in medical care for several days until he was released to rest at home.

After he returned home, Horden admitted the couple tried to conceive but it was too painful. Horden hopes this doesn’t stop the couple’s chances of having a baby. Kiera, however, isn’t as hopeful.

“We’d been sort of trying for the past six months. I am worried now that we won’t be able to have children after trying too hard,” Kiera said. “Maybe this is fate telling us we shouldn’t.”
