Usher Robbed Of $1 Million Worth Of Jewelry In Atlanta

So far 2010 hasn’t been a good year for Usher. In addition to a good portion of the singer’s new project, “Raymond Vs. Raymond” gradually leaking online, it’s being reported that the Atlanta native’s Yukon truck was broken into a week before Christmas in Atlanta.

The burglary, which took place across the street from Atlanta’s Lennox Square Mall, happened on December 14 while Usher and his friend, Elijah Shaw, paid a visit to the AT&T cellular store.

During the brief visit, a Chevy Impala pulled up next to Usher’s vehicle and removed $1 million worth of jewelry, $50,000 in furs and two laptops with unreleased music by Usher.

An employee inside the mall witnessed the incident, but was apprehensive about reporting the crime to authorities in fear of retaliation from the crooks. Police are currently investigating the case.
