As many headlines as Matt Barnes attacking Derek Fisher generated last October, there was no footage to accompany the story.

Well, consider this the next best thing. Right before the weekend, a YouTube user stuck the former NBA teammates into an Octagon to simulate how their fight would go in the new UFC 2 video game.

The results? Sort of close to what allegedly transpired in real life when Barnes attacked Fisher for dating his ex, Gloria Govan.

Watch as Barnes staggers Fisher with a high kick to the head and left to the face before sealing the knockout victory with a jaw-breaking left hook.

Brutal!

Ironically, this mixed martial arts simulation might be how the actual fight between the two went when Barnes put hands on Derek.

After all, Matt Barnes isn't the NBA's resident savage for no reason. He shows it time and time again, that he's about that life.
