This Atlanta-based songstress first found fame as part the ’90s R&B ensemble Xscape. But her biggest success came after the group’s break-up, when she and fellow “Xscapee” Tameka “Tiny” Cottle wrote the Grammy-winning megahit “No Scrubs” for TLC.
