Nah, this isn't the start of a corny joke — it really happened. Solange, Beyoncé and Jay-Z literally all linked up for some soul food last night at Dooky Chase's historic restaurant.
The trio even took a flick with Leah Chase, the owner of the establishment, as seen above.
According to Food & Wine, Leah and her husband, Edgar "Dooky" Chase, regularly hosted members of the NAACP, civil rights leaders and Black voter registration organizers at their restaurant, which opened its doors in 1941. Martin Luther King Jr. even held meetings at Dooky Chase's while organizing the Montgomery bus boycott.
